Dawns Story

Over 11 years ago I was diagnosed with an underactive thyroid. Not long after I had my first son and gained a ton of weight. I attempted many avenues to lose weight but nothing worked. During the last 11 years I have also had my gallbladder removed (which process fat), experienced many stressful life situations and had a set of twins. My body was a mess. I could not recognize the woman I had become.

A dear friend recommended a health plan she was on. I began the health plan in December & changed my life forever! In the first two weeks, I lost 6 pounds! I noticed an increase in my energy level and felt like myself again.

My health plan is a four-component plan that includes a health coach, an education system with an app, a private support community, and a nutrition plan. On this 4 component health plan, thousands of people have lost 1,000 of pounds, come off of meds (blood pressure, thyroid, insulin, cholesterol & many others).

  1. That is so inspiring that you have made such a different in someone’s life. I love the idea of encouraging people to eat well-rounded nutrient dense diets rather than crash dieting and regaining over and over again! Weight is a major struggle for so many people. It is so important to spread nutritional information to the public so they can learn how to control their weight and eat for life!
