Charlotte Faith is a fellow blogger and founder of “Fashion Faith Food”. She recently caught my attention on Instagram. She just had a very sweet appearance and pure perspective on everything. When I facebook stalked her page, her title confirmed my first impression of and described her perfectly …”Blogger seeking beauty in everything”. That’s when I knew I was a fan of Charlotte Faith.

Although not everything in my body is working “properly” (hypothyroidism, amenorrhea for 6 years now, t1d of course) it doesn’t limit me in the way it used to. Luckily, most every day I feel joyful, energetic, & healthy. I practice living this lifestyle to maintain feeling this way. Overtime I believe my lifestyle will heal me from these specific issues. Of course there are days I struggle with loneliness, high/low sugars & the rare sick day but nothing keeps me from my faith that God teaching me through this. I’ve come such a long way in my journey thus far & I know it’s only getting better. I hope you feel healthy too today! I was impressed by her transparency and her view of food. At such a young age, she is able to see food as a way to improve her health situation. She understands that food is medicine and we must be intentional about what we eat so we can live our healthiest life possible.
