I recently came across something that was life-changing for my family and me. Ever since then, I have read the books, watched the youtube videos, studied it, told hundreds of people about it, and tried to share the message any way I could. Now, there is only one thing left to do… a Free optimal living challenge!

The life-changing information I received was about the Blue Zones. Blue Zones are 5 countries that are the healthiest and live the longest. The average life expectancy is 78 years. In these blue zones, people live well past 100.

These five include:

  • Barbagia region of Sardinia – You will find the highest amount of male centenarians (over 100 years old) in the world.
  • Ikaria, Greece – Aegean Island has one of the lowest rates of middle-age mortality as well as the lowest rate of dementia.
  • Nicoya Peninsula, Costa Rica – This country has the world’s lowest rates of middle-age mortality. It also has the second-highest amount of male centenarians.
  • Seventh-Day Adventists in Loma Linda California– This is currently the only community represented in the USA and they live an average of 10 years longer any other state in America.
  • Okinawa, Japan – Females in Okinawa over 70 are the longest-lived population in the world.

After these five countries were studied over a period of time, these communities were all found to have the same nine things in common. They are referred to as The Power 9, and that is what we are going to talk about. We want to show you how to bring these concepts into your home and create this concept with your family so you can create a legacy of healthy living from this point forward.

Why is this challenge free?

There are a few reasons why we are doing a challenge.

  1. We wanted to explain what our community is all about. Doing a challenge made it an easy way for us to be more interactive with our community.
  2. We cant have information like this and not share it with you!
  3. This challenge is only free for our first group. After that, we will charge $39 for anyone else who signs up after this challenge is over. We wanted to open it up exclusively for the Optimized Life community to take advantage of this offer before we introduced it to the public. So, consider this a thank you gift!

  9. I’ve heard a little about some of these areas and find it fascinating that these areas have so great statistics than most Countries. Learning about the Power 9 would be interesting and healthy.
